Mediterranean Baked Beans Recipe

Beans, olives, capers, garlic, onions, tomatoes, oregano, salt & pepper, and white wine.

Put it all together and enjoy a glass of wine while you wait for it to bake.

Devour the Mediterranean Baked Beans on pasta, rice, greens, or on their own.


I love this dish because it’s easy, delicious, and because it gives me an excuse to open a bottle of white wine (red will work, too).
